We provide affordable counselling services to anyone that needs them. We believe that people of all backgrounds have a human need to belong and can connect with themselves, others, and the community through accessing necessary mental health services. We offer long-term counselling services to those who need it and there is no cap on the number of sessions provided.
Our highly trained Counsellors can provide the support you may be looking for. Please note, while our clinic promotes Adlerian values of encouragement, social interest, and the human need to belong, it is not required that our counsellors have an Adlerian approach.
We provide services to relationships and families to bring a better understanding of yourself and others, feeling heard and understood, and overcoming unhealthy patterns in our relationships with others. We are social beings that are hard wired to belong. When we feel part of a community in which we are physically and psychologically safe, we are mentally healthy. Families and relationships are the basic social unit of society. A healthy community is possible when individuals, relationships, and families can work together. The feeling of belonging is possible when we move from competing to cooperating and contributing.
No. While our clinic promotes Adlerian values of encouragement, social interest, and the human need to belong, it is not required that our counsellors have an Adlerian approach. For a list of Certified Adlerian Counselling Therapists (CAC), please see the Practitioners page.
